It was a day of lasts, last day of school for Fin, and the last day of one of Baby G’s teachers at her school. We will miss Janet (Good Luck in Texas!) but we have found children’s lives are full of people passing through.

Fin came home with his end of year progress report, and the school feels Fin has hit all his IEP goals. I hope they *choke* on their words.

What I would not give to be kid right this minute, looking forward to a season of swimming, and watermelon, coloring, and shorts everyday. Ah well, I’ll try to live vicariously through Fin during all the things he will have to do, and won’t enjoy.

Here is too struggling through transition to camp, and no structured activities at all next week. You can bet there will be some heavy drinking on school nights next week.

Yes, if you can believe he was actually coming in for the pitch. I think he has a grand career ahead in the WWF if he would only eat something to build up a little muscle tone. Maybe we can start the WWF for skinny boys, he would be a shoo in.

Featherweight? Finweight? My boy was once so little and lanky; still lanky, but a lot more (not yet WWF, fortunately).

Great news about Fin hitting all of his goals!

Oh, he’ll develop a taste for sugar. Just give it time…
